We were asked to create a brand and design a new website for the Ride Free Collective recently.
The Ride Free Collective hold mountain biking events for women, trans, non binary people. Their aim is to encourage more to go outdoors, to support mental and emotional growth and skills-based development through their events and workshops.
Profits from paid gatherings such as their Ride Free Festivals are used to Pay it Forward, funding free community events to those who would not normally have access to cycling events.
Ride Free and ourselves wanted something different, something funky and decided to reach out and collaborate with Si Omer... a good friend since our Uni days. Si is a NZ-based world renowned street artist - Cracked Ink has worked all over the world, and creates the most amazing artwork.
Si designed the logo and the mascots, Mabel and Rae along with other funky elements, which we absolutely love! nailed it as we knew he would. We used these creations throughout the website design and some marketing materials for Ride Frees recent events.
